Delegate Linville moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 11, line 99, immediately following the word “lanes” by inserting the following:

“Provided however, That the special permit outlined in this subsection shall only be applied to loads known to the Commissioner with demand for greater than fifty such special permits with substantially the same length, width, height, and weight.”
